Star Trek lost two luminaries this week: Marva Hicks, who played Tuvok’s wife T’Pel in Star Trek: Voyager died on September 16 at the age of 66, and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine's Kai Winn, Louise Fletcher passed away on September 23 at 88.

Taken far too soon, Lost in Space showrunner Zack Estrin died suddenly on September 23 aged only 51.
