The first season of NBC's Quantum Leap continuation has been bumped from 12 to 18 episodes, with only the massive volume of VFX required keeping it from a 20-episode run.
Quantum Leap premiered at 3.35 million viewers, with subsequent episodes hovering just below the 3 million mark with Peacock making up the numbers.
The show is comfortably in the top 5 shows on Peacock and number 1 with the 18-49 demographic, which is key to giving Peacock legs in the streaming wars.
