We've met Patrick Stewart's Professor X from another dimension in Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness (2022), but now Deadpool is bringing the X-Men's breakout star to his big screen MCU debut.

Wolverine is closely linked to Deadpool in the comics (Canadian, healing factor, product of shady government experiments as seen in the lamentable X-Men Origins: Wolverine), and the two enjoy a similar odd couple comedy dynamic as Deadpool and Cable.

Hugh Jackman last appeared as Wolverine in 2017's downbeat masterpiece, Logan.
